Ms. Natalae (Junie) Waters Parker has lived in Atlanta since infancy and attended E. Rivers Elementary and The Westminster Schools. After graduating from Emory, where she studied education and history, Junie taught at E. Rivers then worked at a Trust Company branch. Subsequent volunteer commitments included the Speech School, where she chaired the Steeple Chase and the Auxiliary Guild, staying involved for over 30 years, and Eggleston Children’s Hospital. Junie is a long-time member of Northside United Methodist Church, where she is a leader in the Cannon women’s circle, among other roles. She has recently joined the Board of Trustees at Epworth-by-the-Sea.
A frequent visitor to her large extended family in Valdosta, Junie also travels often to Arlington, Virginia, to visit her daughter Kate, her husband Marshall and her two grandchildren.
